推進(jìn)式攪拌器是常用整體鑄造或焊接壓制而成，加工方便，結(jié)構(gòu)類似輪船的螺旋槳推進(jìn)器，常用三片槳葉構(gòu)成，我國(guó)三葉推薦攪拌器的國(guó)際為HG5- 222-65，俗稱螺旋槳攪拌器。

推進(jìn)式攪拌器選型一般直徑取容器內(nèi)徑的1/4-1/3，切向線速度可達(dá)5-15m/s，轉(zhuǎn)速一般為80-600r/min，最高轉(zhuǎn)速可達(dá)1750r/min，-般說(shuō)小直徑取高轉(zhuǎn)速，大直徑取低轉(zhuǎn)速。攪拌時(shí)能使所有物料在容器內(nèi)循環(huán)流動(dòng)，所起的作用以容積循環(huán)為主，剪切作用小，上下翻騰效果好，當(dāng)采用擋板或?qū)Я魍矂t軸向循環(huán)更好。
