第二層是三葉旋槳式攪拌器，也是可拆式的，主要能造成軸向液流，產(chǎn)生大的循環(huán)量，它的槳葉是一種近似等螺距曲面，排出性能好，剪切力低，可在過渡流及湍流操作中得到較高的流動場，適用于低粘度液體的混合、溶解、固體懸浮、傳熱、反應(yīng)、結(jié)晶等。

因此此款攪拌器結(jié)合了2層槳葉的優(yōu)點，能更好的發(fā)揮攪拌和混合效果。

This agitator is a combination type which includes two kinds of impellers, it normally work together with driving device(motor,reducer)、bottom support device and connecting accessories in a stirring tank.

The first layer impeller is vertical flat blade turbine type which is also removable , it generate radial flow and suitable for general mixing where high shear and high power are necessary. Heat transfer, fast chemical reactions, power hungry processes. Suitable for low off-bottom placement as a tickler turbine for assisting solid suspension when liquid level drains below primary hydrofoil.

The second layer impeller is Three-blade propeller type which is also removable,it mainly generate axial flow and large amount of circulation,also can generate higher flow fields in transitional and turbulent operations,suitable for Low viscosity liquid of mixing, dissolving, solid suspension, heat transfer, reaction, crystallization.

Therefore, this blender combines the advantages of two-layer impellers, which can have a better stirring and mixing effects.
